AX 2012 has a module called , Compliance and internal controls .
Any light about the path or functionality of this module in D365 ?

Hi lally,
The environmental sustainability element of the compliance and internal controls module is deprecated as Vilmos mentioned.
However, the audit functionality is still there and available in the 'audit workbench' module.
You can use it for example for checking whether invoices have been entered more than once, whether employees submitted their travel expenses multiple times, etc.
