Project Not Showing Up in Timesheet for Some Users

Hi,

We've created a number of projects in our Dynamics environment.  I have a situation where where a few users, when creating timesheet, some of the projects are not display but are displayed for other users.  We're not using worker validation for these projects.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to how to get around this.

    Are all projects "Active"  and do the users have the same basis user rights?


    Furthermore If you have enabled the validation settings in your global project parameters I do not believe that disabling the validation for a project works.

    All are active and users all have the same basic rights.

    This turned out to be a user error.  Users were choosing a category group in which the project was not active.
