Today, when I was trying to login on guides pc side, I was requested to registor again.

Hi xiejigaoxao - you don't need to register again to use Guides in GA. You can continue to use Guides on the preview license if it has not expired yet. You just need to update both, the Guides apps and the CDS solution.
Please follow the instructions here to update to the latest Guides solution in CDS:
docs.microsoft.com/.../upgrade
