Assigning permission sets depends upon the user role and responsibilities.

you can start with BASIC role.

Can you be more clear what didnt you understand related to users

    Shortly:

    - Full users can have full access to everything, and limitation of the access is a matter of your own setup of user roles and permissions.

    - Limited users can read the data from everywhere, but can write data only to a limited number of tables; thus, if your users perform limited functions, e.g. create just one document and do not post it, you can have limited user license for them, since it is much cheaper that full user license. To learn what are the tables exactly, please refer to the material, posted by other community members earlier in this thread.

    Hi Friend ,

I got you ,  Here are your answers ....

If you create new Permission Set , you must assign following 2 Permission sets along with your new Permission set

    1. ADCS ALL - ADCS User
    2. BASIC - Basic User (All Inclusive)

    ----------------------------------------------------------

And your other question is different between Limited Users and full users

Differentiation is Limited users cannot post anything means cannot update to the tables
(In system every functionality Eg : Item Journal , Trasfer orders , Sales orders ) there is a button called "Post"
Limited user even click post posting will not happen

    But full user can post

also Limited users not allowing to write more than 3 table at once but full users can do.

Hope u have sort out the issues

Please verify answer if you got the idea or solution , it will make up help to others also
