Finding fields for report

Dear Experts,

This is the inventory Report which was given by the users but they also haven't idea from where these fields will be picked for Reports. How can i find these fields for this Report. check the above image of excel sheet

Can you try to find the formula used in the cells individually? You can probably use this link to do so -

Shabir,

Can you go into the "Data" tab in Excel and check if there are any existing connections? I suspect they have connected to the data source directly for this report.

They are opening it in Excel refreshing this report they want in ax now

Hi Shabir,

Where are they running this report from? Are they running it from AX and exporting to excel, or are they opening it in excel and refreshing data?
