Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Archived)

MAPI is not working properly

I am trying to extract a large file from Navision. I can do so by going to File > Send-Email. I've run the report by month, which produced a large file and down to the week producing a 600-page file. Both of which result in an error message that reads, "MAPI is not working properly, install Microsoft Exchange. 

May someone please assist me with this issue?

    Does it work woth other files or with a filter that produces a small file?
