Change mail, new user.

I have an employee in the system who has had their email address changed, so they have changed their user. How can I do to import it, associate it with its corresponding person and that the historical data continue in the new user?

Hi,

I am not sure what do you mean by historical data but in users, you have maintain version where you can check the history of that user allocated with the person.

To import a user in HR, You can do it manually by creating a user(Import user/ Create new) or automatically using Batch import functionality.

I do not understand well. I have an employee who has a user @xxxxx. Now that same employee has another user due to a change of mail @yyyyyy. My question is how can I make the new user @yyyyy have the same information as the previous one, since the only change is the email

Just create new user with new email id.
