Hi all, i wonder if it is possible to get National Holidays visible or pre-filled in the workers Timesheet, organization wide?
Hi Leonardu,
Yes, any holidays you include in Business closures can be referenced on every user’s calendar if you set it up correctly.
In the Power Platform admin center, under settings, click on Business > Business closures. Once that opens on another tab create your national holiday.
Then inside Resource, navigate to Work Hours, then inside one of them > Edit > Select All events in the series > Toggle Observe Business Closure to ON.
Important: You must toggle it to ON inside every resource you want that to happen.
Hope this helps, please mark it as answered to help others.
Thanks,

Also, in order to update many resources in one shot, you can use the XRM Toolbox, Home · XrmToolBox, the tool: Bulk Update Work Hours. This would create a holiday in each resource's calendars.
The other way is through an API. Hope this helps, please mark it as answered to help others.
Hello Juan, tnx for your reply!
i did like you suggested, and now the National Holidays are visible in the working hours.
maybe you know a way to get them in draft in the Timesheets as well, for the whole next year?
(so the time writers cannot forget them when they are entering their time in their Timesheets)
