I created a basic journey with a segment with only two members and then sent them an email. The problem here is that the journey says that the email was sent and delivered but the contact did not receive the email at any time.
Does anyone know what the problem is? We check the spam section and they are not there either. I repeated the journey manytimes and has the same problem.

Could you share following information?
-> Which domain did you use to send marketing email?(the default or the authenticated of your owns)
-> What are the contacts mailboxes? (Gmail or Outlook or any others)
-> Have you also checked delivered details in marketing email insight data?
