Good morning,
Business Central On‑Premise users are quite concerned that Microsoft may not release the Verifactu module for On‑Premise versions, even for version 27. This is especially worrying considering that we pay the annual BREP, which among other things includes the right to stay up to date with all fiscal and accounting regulations for the corresponding localization—in this case, Spain.
Other software such as SAP Business One, Sage 200, Netsuite, etc., have integrated Verifactu natively, without relying on third‑party solutions.
Currently, in Business Central On‑Premise, the only available option is through third‑party software, which adds additional costs that make little sense, given that we already pay Microsoft the annual BREP for the On‑Premise version.
The deadline for the mandatory implementation is approaching, and it is still unclear whether Microsoft will natively implement Verifactu functionality in the On‑Premise version without depending on third‑party applications, as it is doing in the Cloud version. This creates disadvantages between On‑Premise and Cloud customers, and migrating from On‑Premise to Cloud is not always a viable solution due to the significantly higher cost of the Cloud version for those of us who have been working with Navision and Business Central for decades.
We would appreciate it if Microsoft could reconsider this matter and implement Verifactu for the On‑Premise version as soon as possible.
Furthermore, in the near future, Microsoft will also need to implement the entire B2B digital invoicing framework in UBL format for the Spanish localization.
Thank you.
