Can you please let me know how to restart Report server in single developer box ( VM) in D365FO.
Please give me more she'd on this

You can open Reporting Services Configuration tool form all programs, connect to the server, stop and then start it. Please refer documentation for details https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/report-server/start-and-stop-the-report-server-service?view=sql-server-2017
Open Administrative Tools, then open Services, find out and right-click SQL Server Reporting Services and click Stop or Restart.
Note: If you are running multiple instance or report server as a named instance, then verify the instance name in parentheses corresponds to the report server instance you want to stop or restart.
