Dynamics SL 2018CU5 SQL compatibility level

We are in the process of upgrading from SL2015 to SL2018CU5.  The databases will reside on SQL2019.

Given that configuration is there a recommended SQL Compatibility setting.  I believe prior versions had it set to 120 (SQL 2014)

Please advise.  Look forward to a reply.
