Hi guys
I need help with the deposit import function of Bank Management in GP 2018.
We are on GP2018.4. We can import the deposit import file successfully using GP desktop application.
When we try import the same file using GP web client, the file comes up blank.
Has anyone seen this?

Hello Riaan,
Web client has trouble reading the paths for all 'configurator' type processes, so you will just have to do this in the thick client going forward. The 'configurator' type processes in GP include EFT, Payroll Direct deposit, Safepay, electronic reconcile, etc so I would expect the same for the Bank Management import, since it also uses a 'configurator type file to read from. Users will need to use the desktop app or thick client for these types of processes. I apologize for the inconvenience.
