Hi

I am trying to replicate what you get when you click on the Export responses to PDF through the SQL data . Does anyone know where the meta data for the page names descriptions and titles are held so I can sort my answers and lay them out as per the code in the PDF export?

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Markley,

Out of the box these are stored as JSON data in the msdyn_inspectiondefinition table.  If you have enabled "Analytics enabled" under Settings --> General --> Field Service Settings --> Inspection - then you can also view the questions and answer data in the msfp_questionresponse and msfp_question tables but the formatting is not great.

The Inspection templates appear to utilize the javascript libraries "SurveyJS" to format the JSON for the PDF Export and views on the Field Service Mobile App.

Let me know if that helps you out.

    Good Luck,

    Paul

Thanks for the response. I am doing all the above I will investigate SurveyJS.

I am going to create a custom table and pull the data out of the json.

As an alternative - I was able to use the PCF Control for the Mobile Field Service Technicians Report, and adding in the SurveyJS libraries, was able to add the survey questions with responses into it.  The only issue I'm running into now, is formatting the text to wrap.  Here is the link I used from Microsoft to download the report and customize it using Visual Code.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../mobile-powerapp-reporting

This allows you to use the stored JSON without having to create a custom entity to hold the data.
