New workflow of type purchase requisition line review not getting active and showing Instances 0? AX 2012 R2

Hii,

I have a Workflow for Purchase requisition review and it is working fine.

I created new Workflow of type PurchReqLineReview for Purchase requisition line review. You can see in the following pic 00023.

Showing Instances 0?

I make it default and active. Previous one deactivated.

When we create new purchase requisition, the workflow yellow ribbon with submit button is not appearing.

I restarted AOS, even then its not appearing on new PR.

I Resume workflow instance from Home > Inquiries > Workflow > Workflow history and Filter by status list, select Stopped (error) and Resume. But Filter by Pending, there is a list of Pending PRs related to previous WF.

Please guide how to start WF instance.

    Hi Rana,

    THe Purchase requisition workflow has a line workflow component. In that component it is specified which workflow ID is used for the line review. You have to change this to the new ID you created.

    I have previous workflow of type PurchReqReview [In above pic 00001]. Then I created new of type PurchReqLine Review [000023]. You mean in PurchReqReview [00001] line work flow component I should update workflow id of [000023]?

    Hii Andre,

    I got your point. In PurchReqReview assigned id of PurchReqLineReview and ok but one thing is missing.

    When I submit PR with this workflow, it shows only two options i.e. Recall and View History. Approve, Reject etc options are not coming to any user assigned inside. Am I missing something?
