An email is sent in CRM via workflow with email template attached how to know which template is attached to the email ?

I don't think OOB CRM email template can be tracked from email directly. But the linked email template can be seen within processes>> open relevant workflow >> navigate to create email step "user template" one and click set properties and validate ticked Email template
