In D365 security role configuration - kindly suggest me in which standard role(Except System Admin) the option available to edit or delete the customer details.
I tried all duties & privilege's to edit/delete the customer master, but only creation of new customer option works, edit & delete button doesn't enabled.
Please help me on this.
Look at which roles include CustTableMaintain privilege. The typical ones are Sales manager and Accounts receivable manager.
Use the task recorder,edit and delete a customer, once finished save the record and use the tool "Security diagnostics for task recordings", you'll find it in System administration\Security: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/sysadmin/tasks/security-diagstics-task-recordings this tool will tell wich roles, dutties and privilegies where used during the task recording
In this both roles - sales manager and accounts receivable manager there is only customer creation option available not having edit & delete option.
Then your problem is likely caused by a customization.
