This is possible but ti would be really hard to do. I would say just make a full update to the newest Build/CU!
Its always better to update your Navision software on a monthly basis to make sure that you are having all the new Hot Fixes.
You can not do that .
I think you won't be able to do so. This is a change in the runtime, and you can only go to the next CU (runtime-wise). For C/AL changes you could extract the code (or at least try) and only patch these objects, but not for the runtime.
