How to remove physical reserved quantity of items (Status =blocked)

Hi everyone,

I need to remove physical reserved quantity of item. Give me how to remove this one. 

Noted: Related physical reserved quantity, Inventory status = Blocked, Reference = Inventory blocking,  Issue = Reserved physical, Quantity = -3700.
