How can we set up a virtual warehouse in D365 to use for drop-shipment POs?

Drop shipment is a Vendor direct shipment to a customer. Can you explain the details of the warehouse requirements ?

    Hello MBER,

If its for Direct Delivery, you will not need it to be a Warehouse enabled warehouse. You just create a Warehouse with a name such a DirDelivery and link it to a Site.  That warehouse will be use to receive and ship items that are drop shipped so if these items have a storage dimension group that includes <Location>, you will need to add a location and make sure it is used for Default Receipt Location and Default Issue Location.
