Getting Problem With Automation Variables

Hi Experts,

i Developed a processing only Report in this report i used automation variable as local variable.

after Completion  i compile the report i got this error

The program cannot get type information from the type library. The type library may be corrupted or have an invalid format. Try to reregister the OLE control or Automation Server.

    restart the dev. environment.

    then edit the variable list, where you declared the variable, which uses the automation as subtype. remove the current subtype (empty the field), then click on the browse button and search for the needed automation entry in the list, select it. recompile the nav object.

    if you do not find it, the list is not updated or the automation is not registered correctly. so check that and re-register the automation, if needed.

    then restart the computer/server and try again.

    better use a .net assembly instead. if you only have the automation dll, you must install and register that automation on every client pc. in code use it local, it cannot be used on the server til nav2013, use create function with params automationVar,true,true.
