SQL 2016 Upgrade from Enterprsie Evaluation to Developer Edition

Hi All,

I 'm trying to upgrade from SQL 2016 Enterprise Evaluation edition to SQL 2016 Developer Edition.

But it's not upgrading,(though it is showing successfully upgraded).

When i try start SQL services it gives a message that the SQL evaluation copy got expired.

Any suggestion on this issues?
