Hi.
I'm trying to set up some customer email journeys for a client. We have several different initial journeys depending on what form people sign up via initially, and it is our intent that anyone who clicks a link on any of these is funnelled into a second journey (that is the same for all of them).
Now, I can set this up, but the client would like it so that anybody who enters one of these initial journeys is automatically excluded from the other initial journeys in future (if they sign up to those too).
The thing is the number of these potential journeys is not set, and likely to grow over time so that specifying each one for each journey might get very unwieldy very quickly. Is there some means to exclude contacts who've already been on one journey from entering some others (but not all)? Might swimlanes be a solution for this? Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Hi,
Did my answer help you?
Hi,
The Suppression segment will make contact quit new journey even if he had been included in segment that was added in the new journey.
Please refer to the following link, this is similar to yours.
