Hi Folks,
I have tried to import the existing data (Zoho Desk) data into CRM and mapped a single row for those column values (case number, case title, owner, priority, status reason, resolution) on the case entity. But getting below error. Kindly help me with this.

Hello,
I don't see if you mapped statecode. If you import statuscode field you should include statecode as well to your import.

Your correct the sate and status code missed. I have imported the data successfully. After imported data also the case is still the case is active. But When I'm imported resolved case only.
After imported the case in CRM. case status reason is in progress. we need to be resolved the case after importing
