Dear all,

I need to setup a customer journey that each new subscribers of a Subscription List "XX" needs to receive the latest email.

How do I create such customer journey where I target only the new subscribers and avoid sending the email to all the current subscribers, that already have received the latest Newsletter email?

So the logic should be, all contacts that submitted XX form and enter segment XX and not segment YY.

Hi Catermina,

For your scenario: you could create the audience of your Customer Journey as follows:

- "All the contacts who submitted XX form" minus All contacts from "segment YY" using a segment exclusion functionality (see the screenshot below).
