In shipments no more posting packingslip box

Good morning,
 
I have a question in the AX2012 Production environment a user lost the choice to change parameters when booking a Packing slip in  shipments .
The box Packing slip posting doesn't appear anymore, and the Packing slip in instantly booked
When I open  AX2012 in the Acceptation environment it's still there. (see picture)
 
 
 
I've looked in the usage data but I can't find/know which element this box is, so I can only delete this one.
Does anyone know how to reset this without reset all user-specific selections in the user options?

    When you mention that a "box" doesn't appear anymore, do you mean to say the complete dialog form is skipped? How is the behavior for other users?

    Yes , the complete dialog form is skipped, the packing slip is instantly booked.
    It's only one user
    It's a user setting and I can't find which one it is.
    I don't want to reset all his user data.
