I am getting the following error when trying to update the Sales order priority for fulfillment.
Results. The retail order header entity does not support updates of retail order which are associated with retail channel. Please update entity validation field list.
Results. Validations failed while writing entity record
Does this require a developer to look at the validation rules for update, for the field in the entity? Or it's something that a system admin can check/modify?
According to the user it only happens in Production environment. Import was successful in Test environment.
