SSRS Report Current total per page

Hi,

I am trying to update the SalesPackingSlip SSRS Report on Ax 2012 so it shows the previous page total on the head and the current total on the footer for each page.

With the footer I could make it with a hidded field that uses a running total and an LAST expression on the footer to show the last running value on the hidden item.

For the header I have no idea to show the total until the previous page.

Has anyone done something similar? I have tried also to use embedded code on the report but for some reason the embedded code that I write disappear when I close the designer window for the report on visual studio.

Thanks

    Hi Pedro,

I'm looking for a proper solution to this problem too. Did you succeed?

I think a found a solution for your problem, facing the same task. I'm not grouping data here, but the technique is rather simple (no coding).

I also added a carry forward amount, but you can skip that part if you don't need it.

I created a blogpost on my website on it, explaining the details

    Hope it can help you.
