Creating a schedule for a resource

What is the best way to create a schedule for a manager for their resource(s)?

At the beginning of the week a manager should be able to enter D365, and "pull" a schedule for the resource for the coming week/month.
The resource does not "work in FS" nor has any app. It needs to be something that can be "pulled" from the system by the resources manager and then printed and/or emailed to the resource in order for the person to see the scheduled bookings for the coming week/month. So info from the Booking and the workorder, somehow limited in time, since there could be bookings before today or after selected timeperiod.

Which is the best way to achieve this?

    Hi Andreas,

You can pull up the information from Bookable Resource Booking entity into an SSRS report and export it to PDF. Sample FetchXMl for reference

RE: Creating a schedule for a resource

    Hi Andreas

My suggestion is to use a view for Bookable Resource Bookings for the next week, with the details that are needed, and export to Excel.

The view could be as simple as Start Time Next 7 days.

You can then manipulate the data in Excel as desired to email, or print.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

Export to excel and then generate a report for the same.
