What is the quickest (i.e. fewest clicks) way to associate multiple contacts with an opportunity? Example, if we have a group of people on a call and want to link the batch of new contacts to an existing opportunity that is associated with the account; is there a way to do this? And to later quickly access that list?
I've search around a bit but being pointed in the direction of the best solution is appreciated.

Hello Mike,
The quickest way to add Multiple Contacts to an Opportunity would be as follows:
1. Open the Opportunity you would like to Assocate the Contacts with
2. In the related Section on left side of the screen click Contacts
3. In the Ribbon Bar Click Add Existing Contact
4. In the Lookup Record Select every contact you want to add to this Opportunity.
There is no quick way to view this list, other then to open the Opportunity, Click Contacts in the Related Section and look at the Contact Associated View.
