Hi,

I just noticed that the emails I send from Dynamics 365 to my list of clients and prospects don't look good when viewed on mobile devices. The emails look great on Outlook, but on mobile devices, the formatting looks off and the graphics don't look professional. Can you please help me to fix this issue? Does this have something to do with a responsive HTML code I need to insert into the email template? If so, can you please provide the HTML code?

Have you tried use preview feature to evaluate your design before you use it in an email campaign:
