Is there a way to have incoming emails where a contact for them doesn't exist automatically create a contact record?
im looking my records what didnt create contact record.
it came in a entityType unresolvedaddress into field.
i dont know it works. just try one more make condition.
select sender(contact) in relate entity and check any field contains data.
condition return false, create record otherwise update.
it doesn't work. you have to create plug-in on preoperaiotn email create (synchronous)
Thanks. But would there be a way to stop it from creating a contact record if one already exists in the system?
