Get Users stopping at 100

Hi

I'm currently trying to refresh new users from Office 365. However, I am getting a message stating "Number of users retrieved: 100. Note that there might be more than 100 users defined in Office 365"

There are more than 100 users in Office 365. Is this a bug or is there a setting in Business Central to increase the number retrieved?

Thanks for your help

I have the same problem sort of. I have only assigned 2 users with a Business central license but it retrieves all users no matter if they have a license assigned or not. Also says it stops at 100. And this is bc 15 wave 2.

It looks like this was to be fixed in Mar/Apr but is now July, and having the same issue. Does anyone know when this will be fixed? The workaround does work - but fairly annoying. Also, our import is bringing in everyone, not limited to Business Central authorized users only - which is creating cleanup as well.

    Hi Everyone

    Here is the answer:

We are very sorry to say this is a know issue in the Business Central. It will be resolved in the Spring Update (planned in March-April). It cannot be hot fixed with an update as it has a huge impact.

Please do see the update from the product team.

    Product team :

    “

As of right now, we expect the issue to be fixed with a switch to the Microsoft Graph Client and we have this planned in Spring slice. This cannot be hot-fixed as it has high risk and high impact to not just the service, but to all dependent components, the NST and App included “

    Work Around:

To login with the users which have been assigned a Business Central license as that will create the user in the customer tenant, and the user can then be managed.

Please do check by login with the user and access the business central. This will create a user in the BC.

    Hello

We received an update from Microsoft.

A workaround consist in getting the affected users to click on the Business Central tenant link, so something like this:

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/xxxx-xxxx-xxx-xx-xxx-xxxxxx

It has been reported and Microsoft are raising a ticket.

    Thanks,

    Julien

    Hello,

We're having the same issue here.

I have a tenant with more than 100 O365 users. When refreshing the users in Business Central, none of the new Business Central users are added.

All the new users are further down than user No 100 in O365.

So it seems the routine does stop at user No 100.

    Thanks,

    Julien

    Dear Martin,

If all users with a Business Central license are correctly loaded into the user list, it seems to be more like a warning message that can me ignored.

We have received the same error for a very large customer, but it didn't seem to have any impact on loading all users correctly into Business Central.

However, if there are users with a license that aren't loaded in to Business Central I would advice you to create a support ticket for this issue.

    Kind regards,

    Floris
