We set up a new GP 2013 environment from a restore to a new SQL server. Everything else seems fine and we are able to print to the check printer from any other function except check printing (reports, etc..). The user was originally seeing an error when printing checks. For some reason, I did have to go back and re-add the Name Printer for 3rd party and set it to the check printer again in this environment. That did seem odd. When the end user tries to print checks prints to the check printer, she is no longer seeing an error, but nothing comes out of the printer and the job errors out. She is accessing it from a Terminal Server. The printer on the Terminal Server just shows the print job with a "Error - printing" status.
