Hi team,

How can we implement Matrix hierarchy in D365 for Talent ?

Any guidance will be very helpful.

    Yes this is possible:

    In order to do this, you need to have position hierarchy types setup:

    On the position(s), you need to maintain the different hierarchy:

    The hierarchy can be used for workflow.. but MSS (direct reports for the manager) is based on the line hierarchy.
