Hi guys!

I'm running customer /item sales for the month of October and I get lets say $1.000.000 turn over for that month, nevertheless if I export all posted sales invoices to excel and I sum them all I get an slightly higher amount, lets say $1.100.000. Any ideas why this is happening?

So why there is one invoice missingin the 113 report?

Hello, thanks for your answer. I have compared the resutls of report 113 and the ones obtained from running a the sales analysis report for the same customer. Both have the smae invoiced quantity, nevertheless in the sales analysis report there is an invoice for a certain quantitxy of a product that doesnt appear in the report 113. I thought that only invoices that are sold and shipped appear in report 113 but it seems that this is not the case.

It's not a filter; the report 113 Customer/Item Sales is based on the Item Ledger Entry table so G/L Account lines, Resource Lines, etc., aren't part of the data set so will never reflect full invoice values.  That's not the purpose of that particular report of course.

@Pollux1986 Perhaps a little surprising but I'm not sure there is any standard report (at least in NAV 2013 R2) which can do a full breakdown of all invoice lines irrespective of the type.  Unless someone else knows different?

May be the report will have filter to show only values of Item and not for any additional cost

Do any of your invoices include non-item lines such as G/L Account lines for delivery charges perhaps?
