Questions regarding Power Automate license changes

Hello everyone!

We have read the following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/api-limits-overview , https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/power-automate-licensing/types#transition-period ,  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/api-request-limits-allocations and just checking if someone from here can help us, because we got a bit confused.

License changes
- Where can we see the exact licenses that each user has assigned?
- Will license enforcement be more strict once transition period ends?  Currently it's on a "trust" basis and this will change?
- Will flows that are owned by users with D3655 licenses but use premium connectors such as HTTP and SharePoint be covered by that D365 license, or will they need a separate per-user flow license?
- If they need a separate flow license, can these be purchased for individual users or is there a minimum number of users?

Thank you very much!

    Hey!

POwerAutomate has its own forum on powerusers.microsoft.com/.../MPACommunity.  However:

    - YOu can check the licenses assigned to users either on Azure, under active directory, select the user and check the licenses.  YOu can also check them on admin.microsoft.com, you select either the users or under billing > licenses.

-Because we're talking about API limitations, limits will be more strict.  Unfortunately, there's no confirmation on when the period ends.

    - As far as the last version of the licensing, D365 licenses offer certain premium connector (Dataverse connectors, HTTP)

    - Individual licenses can be purchased when they're "user based":  power automate per user, power app per user, dynamics 365 Sales, etc.  THis can be done through admin.microsoft.com with a credit card or if you have a licensing partner.

    Hello PerezAguiar !

Thank you so much for replying! We would also probably get in touch with someone from MS to clarify on this. It seems like we need advisory license to ask these questions and not just on the regular support center :(

    Thank you,

    Rose
