Batch order of a parent product.

Hi,

I created a Batch order in production control for a product. Then I estimated the batch order and released the order. Now when I try to start the batch order am getting below error for each of the line items in formula.

1) Inventory dimension Location must be specified.

2) Inventory dimension Batch number must be specified.

How to resolve this error?

    Hello,

    When you start the order, do not automatically post the picking list.  Then open the picking list journal and populate the location and batch number for the items for which this error was displayed.  Then you can post the picking list and continue to process the order.
