I want to show all context variable values in the agent dashboard application tab. How it is possible?
Unfortunately, I can’t find any documents about how to add context variables in conversation summary for custom channel.
You can add context variables to the workstream, and then pass them on from Live Chat Widget. Documentation is here: docs.microsoft.com/.../send-context-starting-chat

I am not using Live chat widget. I am trying to integrate it with using DirectLine API. I can able to set the context variables using this API and the routing rules are working fine.
Now I want to show all context variables in the agent's dashboard.

I think it may achieve using the custom template of workstream. But I don't know how it is configured. Do you have any idea about creating a custom template with context variables?
