I want to know if it's possible to make a return in an other store in AX for Retail 2009 ?

And how to setup this?

Hi Mathieu

It is possible to return an item at a store other than the one it was purchased at but only if that item is in the assortment for the store you are returning it to.

Hi Malcolm

Yes the item was inside the assortment but when I try to make a return, the pos doesn't find the ticket.
