How to send bulk emails to customers..??

Is there any different approach to fullfil this requirement like Plugins, Logic Apps, Azure Functionality or anything...??

Bulk email is far more a marketing activity rather than an operational activity.

There are numerous options but the obvious ones are Click Dimensions or Dynamics 365 for Marketing on one side and integration to SendGrid or MailChimp on the other. The one thing you don't want to do is to send bulk email directly from Dynamics 365 or your exchange server as that could result in your Exchange server being blacklisted by other mail servers resulting in Day to Day operational difficulties.

Technically Plugins, Logic Apps or Azure Function can be used to trigger email sending service (for example to trigger MS Exchange or another email service) but they don't send email them self.

How many emails are bulk Emails ? It will depend on businesses. What @Ben Thompson explained should be a consideration specially if business sends a lot of marketing emails. Apps or services like D365 Marketing, Click Dimention and other offer many more features (they don't just send emails). See this interesting discussion on this topic
