How to you reprint the Analytical Accounting posting journal entry? The batch has multiple journal entry numbers and one ATC.

Thank you so much for your help.

We currently have GP 2013.

The common cross-reference report provided under (Financial > Reports> Cross reference) reprints the Posting Journal report without reprinting the Analytical Accounting posting journal.

There is a work around that I usually consider which is "Transaction > Financial > Analytical Accounting > Edit Analysis". Do not edit any details, just include the posting journal and the associated year, then click on "Available Report" and print "all records"

    See screen shot below:

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,

Thanks Mahmoud. That helps. The only thing is you have to select each journal entry number to print them. There is no selection to print the whole batch with multiple journal entry numbers even when you select "All records". Also, you can only select the open year and not the closed years. Is there another way to reprint closed year AA entries?

I also found another option to reprint the AA without going to the "Edit Analysis". You can get to the same result by going to: Inquiry>Analytical Accounting>Journal Entry Inquiry.

    Thanks.
