is there any way to create a view for all cases created on Mondays?
apart from manually entering all Monday dates of the year.

    Hi,

Our team analyzed your requirement and after our testing we found that the "create on" field of the "case" entity is not able to filter out Monday's cases, so your requirement is not supported in the out-of-the-box functionality.

Our team recommends that you use the link below to seek technical support from Microsoft.

Alternatively, if you believe that the feature you are requesting is indispensable, you can submit your idea to Microsoft using the link below.

Create a custom field to store the day of the week in the first step.
    • Select Settings > Customizations > Customise the System from the menu.
    • The Case entity should be chosen in the solution explorer.
    • create a new single line of text field with the name "Day Created" as an example.
    • save and publish your customization.
Add the day of the week to existing records.
You can use a data import or data update procedure to add data to the new custom field for existing records. As follows:
    • Export existing cases from Dynamics 365 to Excel.
    • Create a new column in Excel called "Day Created" and enter the appropriate day of the week for each instance based on the date it was created.
    • Svae the Excel.
    • To update the current case records with the values from the Excel file, including the "Day Created" field, use the Dynamics 365 data import.
Create a View Based on the Custom Field.
Now that the "Day Created" field for your existing entries is filled out, you can use Advanced Find to construct a view:
    • Select Advanced Find.
    • For the Case entity, create a new query.
    • You should include a filter condition that says "Day Created" must equal "Monday" (or whatever value you gave Monday in your Single Line of Text field).
    • Save the query, then execute it. This will show all Monday-created instances
If you have large volume of data and wants to make it fully automated, You must explore the Power Automate options.
