Why is case(Incident) entity always available in advanced find even if read access is not provided?

Posted on by

I have a security role, say "x". X has read privileges over a,b & c entities, since read privileges are present the entities are visible in advanced find.
This is expected behavior, although the security role "X" doesn't have read privileges over Case, Account & other oob entities but still user with just "X" security role can see all these entities in advanced find!
How can this be restricted? Or is there any specific reason that these entities are by default shown for every role in CRM.

    Hello,

From my understanding, even OOB entities will not be displayed in Advanced Find if no "Read" privilege is assigned for this entity inside the security role. Please, let me know if you can find this same entities through the sitemap of your application and make sure that there is no cumulative security roles assigned to the user through Team that user is included.

    Thanks,
