Updating an entity field from client side

Say i have sent an email associated with a quote to a client. i have put a button in the mail. When the recipient opens the mail and clicks the button a status filed in Quote record must be updated. Is it possible?

    Hi,

    This may be possible using Microsoft Flow.

    I have tested the Approvals with Flow and it does work.
