Hi All,

I'm receiving an error when trying to install Voice of the Customer. The account I'm using is a global admin account. The error I'm receiving, at the top of the screen highlighted in yellow, is "An error has occurred. Please try again after closing the current browser or contact support for assistance. Error ID :: ErrorOnSubmit" then I see at the bottom saying "There was an error while triggering the package installation. Please contact support."

Am I missing a prerequisite or something?

I went to Solutions under Instances tab but I'm still not able to install VOC, please see picture below.

The procedure has recently changed for installing VOC, you now do it via the Solutions button on the instance tab, you no longer go to applications tab to install VOC. Hope that helps :)

Hello,

I'm doing this on Dynamics 365 Administration Center then clicking on Applications tab then selecting Voice of the Customer then clicking Manage then clicking on install. It's online.

Hi what version Dynamics 365 do you have installed, and is it online or onpremise?

Also, are you installing it from the 'Solutions' button in the instance picker?
