Difference between "Customer Engagement" and "Customer Service"

Morning,

I'm very new to Dynamics 365 but I've been working with Dynamics NAV for many years, I have two questions that my research cannot find answers for and i was hoping someone here could help me. The first is a very simple question, What is the difference between Dynamics 365 "Customer Engagement" and "Customer Service" or is one a child of the other ? M<y second question ill post as a separate post

    Customer Engagement is a product suite encompassing Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, et al. Customer Service is an application that can be stand-alone or part of the CE Suite. However, the concept of CE is going away with the new licensing changes Oct 1st where all the products will be sold independently with a main app, then attached apps.
