Traget Data Upgrade scripts from AX 2009 SP1 to AX 2012 R3

Dear All,

In my scenario i had three tables in source AX 2009, Table1(user created table), Table2(User created table) & PurchLine(Statndard with customization).

Table1 contains Emplid, inventdimID, Address & Dimension fields

Table2 does not contains Emplid, inventdimID, Address & Dimension fields

PurchLine I added Emplid, Dimension, Address & InventDimId fields

Is it neccessary to write target upgrade scripts for all the above mentioned tables?
