Getting MP to "see" a purchase order with a future delivery date

I am using DAX 2009 for a retail company.  We are using the Min/Max coverage group with the settings seen below.

My question is:

Master Planning does not seem to "see" a purchase order whose delivery date is in the future (as in, greater than the date that MP runs, either in Regen mode or Net Change mode).  Does anyone know how to make it "see" all open POs when determing what needs to have more POs written to fulfill demand?

The negative days setting would do this, any demand in advance of your scheduled purchase order would require a new purchase order because you have stated 0 negative days. If you set this to 100 (as an example) it would see the future PO 100 days out and suggest you reschedule it.
