i tested all features of coupons in AX2012 r3 and find out that if i define a coupon with amount=200USD and value=40USD and value attribute=amount
this coupon will check in your sales order that if at least you have an item with amount of 200USD this coupon will work , for example if you have below items in your sales order :
SO-0001:
item1-amount 100usd
item2-amount 110usd
item3-amount 200usd
this coupon will work but if use this coupon with below situation
SO-0002:
item1-amount 100usd
item2-amount 110usd
item3-amount 120usd
this coupon won't work and this is my problem .
because when i define a coupon with amount=200USD i expect that if total amount of my sales order is at least 200usd this coupon work , for example total amount of SO-0002 is 230USD and it is more that 200USD therefore this coupon must work but it is not working and only if i change the amount of one item more that 200usd this coupon will work . but i need a coupon that work on total amount of whole sales order .
please help me how i can define a coupon for total amount of Sales Order .
